Our pie crusts are remarkably similar to a traditional French pastry crust! They are gluten-free & contain only 4 wholesome ingredients…Heirloom rice flour, Grassfed Jersey cow butter, Baja high mineral sea salt & Medjool date water.

The pie fillings feature 100% locally sourced produce from small organic farms. I think so!…In fact, I personally know that food allergies, heavy metal poisoning & exposure to chemical toxins can (and probably does) cause most of our modern, western, degenerative, complexed diseases. The Western medical establishment may not agree & frankly, I don’t give a crap. No Western doctor has ever given me “care” & although I must commend them for their trauma services, that’s all of the kudos they are getting !

I spent 5 years of my life being deathly ill, disabled, miserable & completely non-functioning. I had conscious seizures where I would lose complete control of my body functions. I would hyperventilate, violently convulse, urinate, defecate & vomit. I experienced years of excrutiating stomach & bowel issues. I had rectal bleeding for months at a time and menstruated 20 out of 30 days on a regular basis. I cried every day, I regularly threw fits and had panic attacks. It was normal for every single inch of my body to ache & to be kept up most nights by debilitating pains & uncontrollable itching…& nothing was ever found to be “wrong with me”. I was diagnosed mentally ill & anorexic, told to see a psychiatrist, told to eat more, told to drink geriatric formulas like Ensure, told to take anti-depressants, told to get anger management, told everything but what I needed to hear! What I needed was for one of those primary care physicians or E.R. doctors to hold my hand, look me in the eyes and say to me “you are a beautiful, strong, intelligent woman with the gift of inner body wisdom & self knowledge. we may not know today what is wrong with your system and why your body is in disarray, but we will keep searching for the answers & we will find a solution to your terrible suffering”.

Maybe then, I’d be interested in paying the $150,000 of medical debt they say I should pay for calling me crazy, treating me like a piece of meat, dehumanizing me & stripping me of my hope, love & joy. I am very clear that the best anger management tecniques I have learned come from recognizing the corrupt, dysfunctional, medical, hospital system for what it is, finding true medical care in the field of Functional Medicine & never ever ever ever ever again doubting my greatest doctor, my wisest primary care physician…ME!

& if you are wondering what was “wrong with me”, I had a parasite & severe food allergies which I successfully treated with natural medicine, herbs and most importantly, FOOD!
